Do you ship internationally?


Not at this stage. Avean ships within Australia only. 

If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, get in touch and we'll add you to the list.

 


How will I know when my order has been dispatched?


You'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

 


What if I entered an incorrect delivery address?


Contact us at support@aveanjewellery.com.au as soon as possible. 

If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched we're unable to redirect it.

 


What if my parcel is lost in transit?


If your parcel is lost in transit through no fault of your own, we'll replace or refund your order — whichever you prefer.

 

 

Returns 

What is your returns policy? 

 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. 

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage is covered by Avean.

  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your pre-paid return label
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it at your nearest Australia Post outlet
  4. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 24 hours

Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.

 

 

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged? 

Email us at support@aveanjewellery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. 

We'll offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

 

 

Is there a warranty? 

Yes. All Avean jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery.

 

 

Are there any items that cannot be returned? 

 

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
